Weather
Phuket's High Season is from November through May when the weather is warm and pleasant. The summer monsoon season starts in May when it often rains in the evenings, but mornings and afternoons are usually clear. During the wet season the water clarity goes down a bit. However, there is plenty of diving and snorkeling to be done. There is usually always a nice location or sheltered cove in which to explore the beauty of Phukets underwater world. May through October the temperatures are quite pleasant and there are fewer tourists lining the beaches, which can make for a romantic escape.
